Babyn to Bakhmut

Filming and screening of the documentary video "Babyn to Bakhmut" about the Ivano-Frankivsk community that is currently defending Ukraine on the eastern and southern fronts, maintaining ties with those back home, and discussing the restoration of community relations on the example of one Carpathian village.

The Ukrainian Diary

A4, Ballpoint Pen was an annual project where artists created works using only office paper and ballpoint pens, amassing over 6,000 drawings. Founded by Karas Gallery in 2006, it promoted inclusivity and accessibility in art, showcasing works at major exhibitions. The project documented the evolution of Ukrainian contemporary art and introduced it to a global audience.

From destruction to new life

From destruction to new life aimed to transform a school courtyard into a landscape park, focusing on emotional rehabilitation for students who had experienced occupation. With community involvement, the park was created using renewable materials and became a symbol of revival and mental healing for the children.

Antonin Artaud Fellowship 2024

The project supported performing artists in Ukraine, creating experimental works to represent Ukraine globally. It aimed to foster innovation and establish professional relationships during and after the war.

Vidnova

Vidnova aimed to rehabilitate a community that had survived Russian occupation, addressing complex needs for physical recovery, economic growth, social cohesion, and environmental security.

Full Circle

The Full Circle project aimed to preserve the cultural heritage of de-occupied villages in Chernihiv Oblast through a photo book and community engagement, highlighting rural life and promoting cultural exchange.

Neformat Music Unity

"Neformat Music Unity: Cultural Construction" is a one-day conference in Kyiv. The event aimed to bring together music sector professionals, to become a platform for discussions, exchange of experience, and discussion of pressing issues in the sector and post-war recovery.
