Vision of the project

The aim of the project is to create a visible and attractive sustainable concept for a residential area, taking into account all the factors of change that require living spaces to be rethought for their effective functioning and communication with nature and people.

The project has three main sections: architectural, environmental and events. The project has short, medium and long term outcomes. Among the short term results there is the completion of the project with high quality, meeting the goals of the New European Bauhaus, the involvement of the city administration and the community corresponding to the project or better, attracting funds and investors for further development from UA and EU and lastly the relevance of the project to other communities and contexts that need the reconstruction. Among the medium-term outcomes, the project focused on the detailed development of the following parts necessary for the project implementation and the development of a win-win partnership with professionals from Creative Europe. In the long term, the project aimed at project implementation resulting in beautiful & comfortable buildings for living and working, local businesses growing, the active community taking responsibility for decisions and active community taking responsibility for decisions, population increase, 'new mobility' model, reliable shelter, increase in renewable energy sources, new jobs, water heating, energy fast delivery, the project will develop and improve through implementation in several regions.

Since 2009, AСС PORTAL-21 LLC is an official architectural and construction company from Ukraine, Kharkiv. 100% leading and owned by women, with a high culture of flexibility and understanding of intercultural differences. The main directions of the company are sustainable architectural, urban planning and engineering solutions. Company takes an active part in physical reconstruction projects and war crimes documentation on the territory of Ukraine (Kharkiv & Kharkiv region).
