PORTAL-21 is an architectural and construction company based in Kharkiv, Ukraine. 100% female team. Members of the company are certified specialists and have the appropriate education.

Our partners over the past 5 years have been the following organizations: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Ukrainian Social Investment Fund (USIF), Adidas group, architects Architektengemeinschaft Milde+Moser, Germany, Hydroplan are undergoing advanced training at universities in London - The Courtauld Institute of Art and The Bartlett School of Architecture University College of London. Anastasia Gulak, the founder of the company, participates in the grant program for managers "Fit for Partnership with Germany" / 2023 with the support of the Federal Ministry of Economy and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the main focus of which is the implementation of green technologies, environmental management and the development of international projects in cooperation with partners from Germany.
