Rivne Regional Philharmonic

The Rivne Regional Philharmonic aims to create highly artistic art projects, develop musical culture, provide meaningful leisure for the community, and shape aesthetic tastes. Since the opening of the Hall of Chamber and Organ Music in 1989, it has become the main venue for the Academic Chamber Orchestra, whose repertoire is an anthology of chamber music. Since then, the Philharmonic has implemented many art projects and become the center of the city's musical life. Generations of listeners are brought up on examples of world organ music, the entire range of which can be performed by the unique Rieger-Class organ. The best organists from Ukraine and Europe take part in the annual international festivals Organ Cathedral and Live Organ Music. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Philharmonic has intensified its work, opened an "artistic basement" - a concert location in a shelter and has examples of successfully implemented projects, including local history, children's and IDP projects, which are highlighted on the institution's official website.
