The presentation is laid out in two explicit parts. Part 1 covers Aarhus's climate reporting requirements for cultural institutions, a framework for assessing the impact of "green actions" when effects are hard to quantify (drawing on behavioural-change research and experience-based proposals), and five short organisational examples (Teater Svalegangen, Art Hall Aarhus, The Old Town of Aarhus, Voxhall, Aarhus Libraries) mapped loosely onto a Control/Influence/Concern-style diagram.

Part 2 addresses communication dilemmas (how to communicate without perfect data, how to build allies), the concept of social tipping points, the Aarhus Green Cultural Network as a model for organising collectively, and two practical templates — one for designing a single green action, one for a longer-term green strategy — framed as guiding questions rather than prescriptions. It closes with key takeaways and a curated resource list (Julie's Bicycle, Culture for Climate Scotland, a free carbon calculator, and reports on social tipping points).
