Kultura Medialna

Kultura Medialna (Ukraine) is a Dnipro based NGO which consists of professional cultural managers, curators, artists and activists who have been cooperating since 2013. The team members already have long-term personal experience in organizing festivals, concerts, exhibitions and educational programs in Ukraine and abroad. During the last 10 years of intensive work, Kultura Medialna has been creating and managing various projects in the field of art and culture, community development and urban research, as well as in the field of supporting civil society through culture. The activities of the public organization are dedicated to the cultural and urban development of Central and Eastern Ukraine, in particular the city of Dnipro. Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Kultura Medialna team has been organizing events to promote communication between the city's various communities and integrate internally displaced persons, as well as support cultural workers, volunteers and activists. Kultura Medialna has integrated humanitarian initiatives with cultural programming, on the understanding that the preservation of life, health and security and the cultivation of identity, culture and community are inextricably connected. The organization's team consists of 8 people, volunteers and technical support (15 persons).
