Khmelnytskyi Regional Academic Music and Drama Theatre named after M. Starytskyi

The Khmelnytskyi Regional Academic Music and Drama Theater named after M. Starytskyi was founded in 1931. Since then, it has been working in the cultural sector and is currently the only professional music-drama theater in the entire Khmelnytskyi region. Every year, the theater releases from 6 to 8 premieres of plays of different genres and different themes. The repertoire includes dramatic, music-dramatic, choreographic performances, performances for the chamber stage and children's performances. The theater has 4 stages. The main stage is designed for 800 spectators. The chamber stage is designed for 80 spectators. The experimental stage "Intermission" is designed for 60 spectators and the stage "Undercover" is designed for 40 spectators. Every month, the theater's repertoire includes 15 to 20 plays, which can be seen by about 9,000 spectators.
